My work spans UX strategy, responsive web and mobile interfaces, and scalable design systems. I collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accessibility at scale.

I bring a hands-on, strategic mindset and thrive in fast-moving, outcome-focused teams, drawing on my project experience across healthcare, financial services, energy, and home technology.

My process

I follow the Double Diamond process to identify and tackle complex design challenges and deliver user-centered solutions.

To address the Challenge, I follow this process to avoid assumptions and Discover the true picture through proper research and exploration. This allows me to Define clear opportunities and areas for improvement based on actual business and user needs.

I Develop concepts and ideas, qualifying them through early user testing or by consulting internal stakeholders. Then, to Deliver an effective Outcome, I write clear acceptance criteria for developers to follow and work with QA teams to see designs implemented according to plan.

Following launch, I perform follow-up testing with users and track analytics to assess and measure the impact of the change.
